It's now been confirmed that BBC Proms in the Park is once again returning to Swansea this year.

This will be the ninth time that the world's greatest classical music festival returns to Singleton Park as one of the highlights of the Swansea Bay Summer Festival.

The popular family occasion will welcome and encourage crowds to bring picnics and flags, to sing-a-long and to enjoy the music and fireworks.

World class conductor Grant Llewellyn will conduct the BBC National Orchestra of Wales on the night and an exciting line-up of other artists and presenters is due to be announced over the next few weeks.
